Absolutely love the hair. I bought 30 inches and I also toned it so the color is slightly different from the actual picture on line. It's very full and thick. I'm always receiving compliments on my hair!:))

The customer service experience was top notch. They were getting error messages with my mailing address and they kept on trying and communicating until my order was shipped. Just took the unit out of the PKG and cut the lace. Tried it on and it looks great already. Can't wait to style it but I can tell that I won't need to do much. Great purchase.
