I got this back for Christmas in 2024, it held up okay until summer of 25. The zipper got stuck and when I went to fix it the zipper broke and the bag is completely open now. I have had some of the tabs on the other zippers come off as well. Since there is a lifetime warranty I reached out a few months ago, but I'm still having trouble moving forward and getting this resolved.
