Backpack has lots of space and compartments but was a tiny bit disappointed in the quality plus i thought the water bottle holsters were going to be bigger. Despite this, there are tightening buckles so my water does in fact fit but is somewhat stuffed in.

I bought this bottle around 2 weeks ago and it came in the mail pretty quick but it did have a crack. BUT I sent a picture of the bottle to the company and right away they assured me that I would get a new one with no charge. And they sent it first-class shipping. The new bottle came in today with no cracks or leaks. Very impressed with this and love the customer service I got.
