They responded to my message about needing another printer page of books weeks ago but no follow through to help resolve my issue :(

This is an amazing concept with a lot of poor execution. The kit is very high quality and it is well thought out. But it just simply doesnt last. After a few weeks all of the gold foil and vinyl lose adhesion and lift up. It looks terrible. Also the pictures for the motion picture are very dull and blurry. Putting the overhead lamps on with glue means turning the whole model upside down, very scary! And the final assembly of the walls together needs two people, this should be advised in the instructions

Bonjour! J'ai reçu votre kit onsen pour noël par ma famille et je suis extrêmement Déçu !! Votre produit est honteux. Sois disant facile à monter mais vos pièces ne sont pas de bonnes taille!!! Les pièce emboutables soit flottent dans le vide car le trou pour y enfiler l'axe en bois est beaucoup trop grand! Soit les pièces qui servent de blocage à d'autres sont trop petite ce qui amène l'axe a tomber de lui même pour le mécanisme (pièce 53). Votre produit est tout bonnement honteux et non confor...

Found the instructions a bit confusing. Early steps say to use 3 pieces (for the winding mechanism on the scenery) however the pictures clearly show 4. I used 3 spaced out evenly (however later found extra circle pieces on another laser cut panel). Unfortunately it was now too late to rectify my mistake as I’d glued the pieces together. Not the end of the world, but clearer instructions might have helped with construction.

The package arrived in good time and in good condition. I have just begun the project which looks to be quite complicated. There are great materials and the directions look pretty good though quite involved. Everything is included, trying to sort out the materials and keeping them in order will be a challenge.

I can't really review the products I had ordered (I ordered 4 kits) as they were Christmas presents. But I can review the service which was fantastic. I had received a wrong kit - I emailed them and the response was next day where they told me to keep the kit and they would send the correct kit straightaway free of charge. I got the correct kit the following week with no hassle. The kits were a bit more pricier than say Amazon, but I chose this company as it was all from the one place.

I found some of the pieces were hard to fit without quite a bit of sanding. Also, some of the pictures in the directions were hard to follow. But overall, I liked the kit and thought it was a very innovating and a fun kit to put together.
