Finding a suitable bra for a woman with a large breast, and even a prosthesis, is a very difficult task. The volume does not fit, then the cup is small, then the prosthesis does not shake. I finally found my bra, everything came together: the quality, volume, large cup and large prosthesis climbed into the pocket! I purchased two items..one black and one beige/neutral. I have never been comfortable in any sort of support underwear but I needed to give this another try due to a back problem. Very comfortable, supportive, helping my lower back a bit. Please consider making similar items with less coverage for summer or evening clothes...could not wear these under tank tops, etc. or anything sheer. Thank you for this great product.

The lenght was extended with extra joint. It isn't strechy, so be accurate or better with coution to the size. But the main lace is wide so covers some backrolls.
