I have the 11 Pro in my 2020 Chevy 2500 and it works perfectly! Love it, wish I had bought it many road trips ago. Connects easily to my cell's hot spot or, when I have it enabled, the truck's WiFi.

I was hoping this item would do what I wanted. After initially having an issue with the install due to my own fault, I contacted support and was called back in 45 seconds (I've never got service that fast before). I was walked through the fix for my mistake and the unit worked flawlessly. I'm very impressed with the unit. It's small and easy to place out of the way and the stylish box means you may not want to try to hide it but may even want to show it off.... Connecting to my phones intern...

I bought this thing because I had to drive 12 hours one way with my daughter and my 3 grandkids. I set it up a couple days before we went. My daughter was against turning it on but she did. She turned it on she and the kids watched Netflix and YouTube down and back. I am happy I had this thing. It was a peaceful drive in my new 2022 chevy HD3500 dually Highcountry. I'm using the trucks wifi and it works perfectly.
