Also, when dealing with customer service when it comes to shipments that have taken awhile to come, they sent me a tracking number and a few extra products to make up for the delay.

This conditioner is the best I’ve ever used. Normally after deep conditioning my hair and blow drying it my hair remains to be extremely dry and brittle. After using the Ella Organic product my hair was extremely manageable. It was so soft and when I blow dried it my hair it was like I had a relaxer. I have never experienced anything like this. I will continue to purchase this product, it’s definitely worth the wait time.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Prior to receiving the product I had the same feeling of hope for the best but don’t expect much that I had had when trying something new. Until now there was nothing that seem to be a complete cure to Alopecia. After using this product my hair has made a complete transformation! I have gained unimaginable thickness and length. Started using almost two weeks ago and I love it. My hair loves it and my curls on popping and hydrated! Hair is growing so rapidly and thick first, length next! Great product will be buying more as this runs out. Good amt in the jar too for butter and grease. A little goes a long way. And the smell is normal not agressive or stinky, just comparable to any other grease on the market now.

I started using it on either Monday or Tuesday in a twist out I dampen my hair with Rose water and I would put it on my scalp and hair and braid it overnight and my scalp feels soft and norished ☺️☺️☺️
