This is a second item I have ordered. The first one (name ribbon holder) was perfect. This item, wooden volleyball wall plaque with name, was damaged. See pictures. There was a piece broken off. I was disappointed. I’ve glued the broken piece back on and it’s just ok but not perfect. I assume it was damaged in packing/mailing as the broken piece was inside the box. I do love your products and customer service and will recommend to friends.

This night light is fantastic! It’s a Christmas gift for my grandson so he won’t get it for a few weeks but I know he’s going to love it!
