The golf pod has been brilliant. It’s easy to use, it’s also very easy to transport. The swings I have been able to video have been great, from many different angles. It’s very stable and my phone sits very easily in it. Would highly recommend as I am a teaching golf pro and it’s very useful for my teaching business as well as my coaching trips abroad. Get one. I was a little skeptical given the price but I’m really impressed, folds down nice and small to fit in a pocket in my bag, sturdy once up and easily adjustable. The built in shutter remote also makes it easy to just focus on recording the swing which has been really important for me to get feedback early in my journey. I’d definitely recommend. The MagSafe option is brilliant too, saves messing around with grips!

Practice is ineffective without analysis of what I am doing. The Strivon tripod is just so quick and easy to set up, especially with the magnet. Even on my uneven grass it is steady. The build of it feels solid and it folds away so neatly it lives in my bag, so I can now have a quick swing check when warming up before a game. Wish I bought it before.

I’m very happy with the Strivon tripod. It sets up quickly and is extremely stable. Before this, I was using a clip that attached to an alignment rod on my bag. It worked, but it scuffed up my bag and was difficult to keep level. The Strivon tripod is a big improvement—sturdy, easy to use, and does exactly what it should. Highly recommend!
