Aside from being cool to play, I found it makes a really good fidget toy when I am in all day conference calls. I am on mute and everyone on the call sounds like they are on horseback which makes me smile.

My 5 year old loves them. He is a drummer and beat maker extraordinare. They will definitely stand the test with him as he is very rough on things. They are very durable and I personally love the red finish we got. Great color.

These spoons are beautifully crafted and so satisfying to play! I am a French teacher in Denver, Colorado and I purchased them to use during our unit on Québec. They are fun and easy to play but you can also get really complex sounds as you practice with them. But I like that they look interesting. My husband’s hobby is woodworking so wooden things need to be well made for him to think they are cool. These do! They are not cheap looking. We got one green and one stained wood one. Both are big hits around here. :)
