I love these Musical Spoons. The large Old Fashion one fits in my small female hand just fine. No directions came with the spoons, but there are some on YouTube. I find them easy to play with outstretched fingers on the hand you are tapping the spoon against. Actually the stretching of your hand is helpful for arthritis & other pain in the hand & fingers. I've not played with any music yet, but that is next. I think the large spoons are lower in tone than the medium ones.

I've had the medium size spoon for 3 years and really liked it. My knew large spoon is a huge wow. The extra length greatly improves the responce and adds new opportunities. I even played it with a piano player. Excellent design.
