We got all three sizes of the natural finish maple Heritage Spoons, to share among three generations who live too far apart in Maine, Tennessee, and California. Hopes are that practicing on our own, we can one day get together for a three part dueling spoons family reunion. My dear friend is a collector of spoons and this is his first ever wooden set. The picture is worth a thousand words. Col was so surprised and happy. Have now got my set of three sizes in addition to original three in natural wood colours. Am delighted with all of them. Smaller best for grandchildens’ hands and not as loud as larger ones which can be quite «sharp» if you play with too much force.

I got the large red spoons. Swift delivery and an aesthetically appealing piece! I’ve only had them a couple days and pick them up every chance I get. I seem to be having trouble with the finger slide and wondered if the medium size would be better? Or is it just a matter of practice? I love them and it’s great fun to play them!

Delivery was fast and spoon was well packed. I had to go through some trouble with costums, as I had to pay extra for delivery into Finland. I also told Heritage about my extra costs. They were sorry for this inconvenience and reimbursed me the money had to pay extra. Talk about service!

These are beautifully made, but much harder to play than they look on Felix's videos! As a tap dancer, they appealed to me because it seems like tapping in your hands, and I can definitely get basic rhythms down, but the fidgeting and glide definitely take practice. It is rather exciting when you get your first good "section" along with music :) My go-to practice song is Sea Shanty Medley by Home Free. So fun! Love these musical spoons and would definitely recommend.

My first order was send back to the US, a mistake being made bij the mail delivery. When Mathieu saw my reaction on facebook when I wrote that my spoon wasn’t delivered he immediately contacted me. He not only offered to send a new spoon but also gave me a spoon pouch for free. The sweetest thing ever ! I am practicing every day now, trying to become as good as my mother, who passed away, used to be . Thanks again Mathieu for such a generous and friendly gesture.

I am a novice spoon player who has tried both metal and wooden spoons. I found it difficult to control the handles to make the spoons beat together properly. This Heritage instrument solves this difficulty with the one-piece handle making it quite easy to play. They also sound very is sound very nice. I am very pleased with my Traditional Medium Spoons. They are very easy to play and have a nice feel in my hands. These are my second set of spoons, and they are a nice addition to my Large Spoons which have more tonal variety but require a bit more practice for advanced techniques. They're both a lot of fun!
