Absolutely LOVE our Jura cup warmer. We never thought that such an extravagance would be so appreciated. No more running hot water into the cup to heat it. No more cooled down coffee before taking the first glorious sip. And the automatic timer guarantees that the cups are warm and ready for the first brew in the morning. This is one luxury that we appreciate daily.

The kettle works for me. I love the silicone handle and not having to flip the spout which usually requires two hands. The double whistle gives a pleasing sound . I am a bit nervous about the flames on my gas stove exceeding the circumference of the base as my husband burned off the spout cover and the whistle of my old kettle. All in all I am very happy with the design and the ease of pouring out water. When I heard the marble rolling around when I first opened it I thought it was broken....

I had a lodge frying pan before this, but was excited to have another from the lid. The next size up has a regular lid that can't double as a pan, and for what I'm using the set for the size works well (mostly bread). Super versatile, and happy with Cook Culture they were helpful in store and made sure that I had all the knowledge I needed to care for cast iron!

I've owned my for a few years and use it very often. This recent purchase was for my daughter as a Xmas gift as a cast Iron skillet was on her list. I know I can order Lodge items online but I would rather come into Cook Culture to purchase. Wish you carried some of the lids for the skillets.

The new Vitamix A3500 is truly a workhorse in the kitchen if it overheats due to the work load it has a safety shutoff ( see Cook Culture s video on overheating the Vitamix and watch it cool down and come back into action) So once the motor has cooled down ( in the fridge if you need to get back to work sooner) Previouly i had a Hamilton Beach and when it overheated - doing very little- that was the end of the machine and the end of the money i paid for it. i am really enjoying the soup featur...

This is a perfect pan for 3 egg French omelet - when you need a non-stick pan but don't want all the toxins from your traditional non stick. However, you must the beeswax coating for the pan in order to keep it non-stick and store in a paper bag. Will keep the beeswax free of bits and in good working order.

This is an excellent 1 cup drip coffee filter. All stainless steel with a very fine mesh so it is very easy to clean. The brewed coffee is more full bodied and flavourful than coffee through a paper filter as the coffee oils don't absorb into the paper. Less coffee is needed as you get full extraction. Although a bit expensive, the savings on paper filters will soon pay for it. No more paper filters, less waste, better coffee! I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Both chefs were helpful and massively helped me with knife skills, in particular how to be safe. I had the opportunity to try different types of knives and to cut different vegetables into different styles and sizes of cuts. I will be signing up for more classes. Incidentally, the soup I made from the veggies, and with the recipe that was provided, was unbelievably good.

This is by far the best cast iron pan that I have ever used. It comes well seasoned. Made tenderloin steaks on the first use. They turned out great, the size of the pan easily accommodated all 4 them and cleaning was simple! I didn’t even need to soak it. Easily cleaned with water and a cloth and then seasoned it as demonstrated by Jed in his videos. I was surprised by how light the pan is considering it’s size-12 inch. I can’t wait to use it again. It was well worth the money.

You don’t realize what a difference a great quality knife makes until you get one (I got mine as a gift) - this is the sharpest (not to mention the most beautiful) knife I’ve ever had. The first time I used it, I was taken by surprise by how much easier, and precise, prep work can be. It’s not inexpensive but I wish I’d known years ago. I love it.

This timer is sturdily constructed with a large magnet that securely attaches it to the side of the refrigerator. The alarm is properly loud, but not irritatingly so. The LED display is large and easy to read at a distance. There are three settings buttons (hours/minutes/start) so it is quick and efficient to set for a 4 1/2 hour turkey, a 45 minute simmer, or a three minute soft boiled egg. Its design is uncomplicated and it functions reliably. I would recommend it.

The German knives are so much more robust and reliable than their Japanese counterparts. For every day use, they cannot be beat. This particular model is nice because you can "rock it" to quickly dice vegetables. I also have a whetstone which can greatly extend the lifespan of these knives and allows you to keep them sharp for safety purposes. Definitely recommend.
