Love the pan (have the Pro version). Did 3 rounds of seasoning in the oven as described in your YouTube video and have seasoned it on the stove top twice since after two usages. The first, omelettes, slid right out onto the plates. The second, fired egg, stuck a bit but I think that was me. Really appreciate the “How to” videos or I would never have got the seasoning right.
Only thing I didn't expect was the handle turned colour as well as the pan during the oven seasoning.
