I love the insert for wide noodles or stuffed pastas but unfortunately spaghetti noodles like to lodge themselves in the drain holes. It is lightweight and easy to use as you don't have to haul a heavy hot pot to the sink for draining. It is so much safer, so I am quite pleased with the results.

Quick sharpening they estimated a week but was surprised when it was done in a day. Only concern would be if they could sharp the knife a bit more because the knife got dull withing 2weeks of sharpening. Overall great experience

I will be getting a lot of use with this pan. It is great for making omelettes, and I know it is a much healthier choice than most of the non stick products. The size is good for an omelette for one to maybe three, possibly four people. Looking forward for using it for sauteing as well.

This is the first time I have used a chain mail, and it does work better than a stainless steel finer scour pad. Also I am making use of the ring on it and hanging it on the kitchen tap. And it stays cleaner with the chain drying quicker. A great product!

Slight concave bottom, and on medium heat it would lift and tilt the unit as much as 2 mm by one side. When cooling off it nearly flattened, medium again, warping. it is too light and too thin, for the price and the brand expectations this should never happen.

Chef Mara was excellent and we received some great tips. The advertisement for the class indicated that we would be cooking an al fresco Italian meal which included several courses. There was no mention that each couple would cook only one course; which is what happened during the class. Would have been a better learning experience if we all cooked all the courses as we did for a cooking class in Vancouver. Food was delicious thx

Everything but the cloth contained in the kit works well. I wouldn't use the cloth as it leaves a lot of lint. Use an old face cloth instead.

Bought it to replace an older "non-stick" pan. Used the on top of stove method to season. It took a few times and doesn't look as good as the online pictures but, it works fine. I use it mostly for eggs and it really is non-stick. Looks like the main thing is to properly clean and maintain the pan.

This is a serious pan! It’s taken me some time to learn how different it is to “normal” stainless cookware and to adjust how I use it. It’s a lot like a heavy cast iron pan but with more even heat conduction and greater reactivity. Once heated through it will retain its temperature and I generally use it at lower temps because of this - I have over heated sauces until I learned this lesson!
