Not only good for baking and easy to pop out once cool, I also find it very practical to make freezer fudge from "Oh She Glows" recipes, as well as quickly thawing sauces and pestos. Better than non-stick muffin tins because you don't worry about ruining the surface when getting the product out, nor when washing with an abrasive scrubby.

This funnel can be used with or without the strainer so I find it's multi-purpose when you have to strain a sauce and the strainer is easy to remove when you don't need to use it. I got rid of my white plastic funnel after buying this one because of the stains on the plastic one.

Odorless oil, makes my olive wood board look beautiful and the effect is long-lasting. Apply with your fingertips. More economic than other oils and I like supporting Cook Culture's own product.

Bought this as a gift for my husband and he loves it. He's made several excellent loaves of bread since he started using this pan and they turn out beautifully - lovely crust on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside.

Very cool all-purpose cleaning tool for the kitchen. Surprisingly great scrubbing durability for removing baked on grime, washing dishes and counter-tops, oven cleaning, counter tops, balcony floor, windows, dusting - anything, anywhere. The opposite of micro-fiber - absorbs a large amount of water very instantly- (great when overwatered plants drip on the carpet.) Does not become "stinky" as quickly as a cotton bar cloth, washes cleaner than your typical bar cloth, and so far hasn't shown an...

I purchased the muffin tin a couple of months ago and only just used it. It’s so great! The muffin batter that was spilt on the top came right off when I cleaned the pan, no pre-soaking needed.

I've tried to use carbon steel woks to prepare stir fry meals with limited success. Getting the heat just right has eluded me on most attempts with the result the meal is undercooked or soggy. With the heavy cast iron Staub, I've had more consistent success in making a healthy stir fry meal. The ceramic lining in the Staub also simplifies cleaning afterward! A classic piece of cookware that will be passed down through the family for many years to come!

After doing much research online, then viewing Jed's video about the benefits of this skillet and the company, I ended up purchasing the 8" Field cast iron skillet. We have been using the pan since August 2020 and found that after about 4 uses, it was like a non-stick pan! I like the clean, smooth design, ease of maintenance, and the added benefit that I no longer have to use my unhealthy non-stick Teflon pans. The best is feature is that it is so lightweight compared to traditional cast iron...

I love the Rosenthal line. It's simple and elegant. I have other items from the same line and have replaced few pieces over the years.

Great, and easy to use. It took a tiny bit of getting used to seasoning it, but now we can make scrambled eggs without much sticking in the pan :)

Love the whisk, my bread dough is so easy to mix by hand with it. Gets lots of air in, much better than the fork I was using.

This muffin pan is by far the best I’ve ever owned. Cleans up like a dream and cooks evenly, heading back to purchase the cookie sheet next!

We have been using our new DEMEYERE Resto set for only a week or so. Because if was the lower priced version of the line I expected a lot less quality. I was pleasantly surprised to learn they were made in Europe instead of another country with lower manufacturing standards. As well, I am impressed with the relative weight of the pans.. Obviously they are not as hefty as more expensive pans, but much better than some we’ve owned and which unfortunately warped with time. I’m trying to be extra ...

Both cutting boards are amazing. I recommended them to friends of ours… they picked up three of them. All other plastic and wooden boards have been put in recycling.

This 4.8-litre conical pan is a favourite and used weekly. To prepare seafood, chicken or lamb curries (full of sautéed vegetables) or homemade spaghetti sauces (also full of sautéed vegetables), I sauté each ingredient in a 3.1-litre conical pan (no longer available) because the high sides keep my range free from splatter. I add each sautéed ingredient into this magnificent 4.8-litre conical pan, which I keep warm. When ready to cook complimentary food like rice or potatoes, I gently heat t...

If you buy this pan, be cautious the first time you use it as it will likely conduct and retain heat much more effectively that your old pan did. That said, until you understand the relationship between your new pan, the type of range at home and the time it takes to heat the pan to a target temperature for what you plan to cook, I recommend using an oil with a very high smoke point (e.g., avocado oil). If you cook on an electric ceramic top, bear in mind that if you overheat the pan befo...

Had one for years and we love it. Pound the garlic and salt, a whisk fits nicely so we make the rest of the salad dressing. Its pretty enough to go to the table with a teeny ladle to serve the dressing.
