The artwork is just as displayed prior to ordering and really looks great. The shipping time was equally great arriving well within the date stated. I would have rated the product a five but for the product being painted rather than polished. Might be my fault as I assumed it was going to be polished. If you notice the pre-drilled hole is on the bottom. I have made two attempts to contact you to resolve this but the only response I get is requesting a review. So I guess we’ll go this route even though I don’t prefer to give a negative review without giving you a chance to make things right. The product would be beautiful but not hanging upside down! Your customer service is significantly lacking.
