After learning about the downside of melatonin, I started looking for something to replace it. I’m on month two of Remrise, and still taking a few other things with it, but I did eliminate the melatonin. I guess it works fine, its not the silver bullet I was hoping for, and it’s quite expensive, so I’m not sure if I’ll stick with it. But I told myself I’d give it three months and reassess. I also take it 1.5 hours before bed bc one hour wasn’t cutting it.
