I do love the pen, it writes well and is nice and substantial feeling. I do wish that its diameter was just a bit smaller and its length was about an inch shorter in length, so it would fit in my Tale of Knives holster for EDC. That being said there will be one in each vehicle. If you are thinking about this pen stop and just order two or three, you won’t be sorry. Maybe SWT will come out with a smaller EDC/carry version in the future.

Comes with cool stickers. It’s well packaged when it arrives. Very cool looking handle and Donna steel blade. I love how a sharp right out of the box.

My favorite knife. I've been carrying it every day for two years. It's very fast, easy, and reliable. It feels good in ice pick and in foregrip. I removed the little glass breaker on the back so I have a nice spot for my thumb in ice pick grip. I love that you can buy an identical trainer. The one thing that I don't like about it is the clip. This is an absolute necessity for those who chose this knife. As I watch TV I can work this with both hands and much safer than the live blade. I have been looking for the best blade for me for years and this is it. Open right hand, left hand, right pocket or left. One hand or two, left or right.. it all works. Good for me as I'm done looking for the best knife for me, but bad for you at Skallawag as I don't need another knife. Thanks for bringing the best!

The knife was a Christmas gift to my son.I can’t send a video because the knife and he have left for home. Got some shirts as a Christmas gift for my husband and he loved them! Shirts in general for him are hard to find that work with his build. For reference, my husband is about 6’3 with a long torso. These shirts have a great loose fit and hit below his waste band a few inches so when he raises his arms you don’t see his belly. So thankful for the referral from @americanbear!!

A well thought out knife thanks to the designer I noticed it's not over built a lot of makers like to over build daggers but this dagger is built for its design and purpose will it cut yes like a straight razor will it Pierce yes with a very little effort this is a real Combat dagger I wished I would have had when I was serving will be buying my second one soon thanks

Great knife, love it it’s very handy and convenient in the aspect of weight and conceal carry. I personally am new to a fixed blade like this as I am use to foldables but this is great and the sheath is definitely secure as it feels safe in my waist band and well as the handle mechanism for this knife that I feel it’s secure in my hand

Love the size and heft of this piece! I would definitely recommend it. In some of my other reviews I have comments on the lack of sharpness of the blades, this one was actually razor sharp, very pleasantly surprised.

Though I've not used it yet it's a great addition to my working knives...Very quick turn around...ordered it and received it THE NEXT DAY!!! How Cool is that?! Looking forward to using it this deer season and on the big trout I fish for.

A very nice folder. Sharp. Blem is almost non-existent. It looks like a large knife but is much lighter that it look. The only improvement I could suggest is the the belt/pocket clip would be for a lefty or a righty

Added to my EDC, and it fits in well. Love how lightweight it is. It writes well so far. Both are major advantages over my last tactical pen. Only complaint is, the cap has fallen off in my pocket once, and another time the whole thing screwed loose and when I grabbed it only half came out of my pocket.

Loved the MDV +1, I’d almost guess the fancy box was the only blemished thing I could find. Love the knife, weighty, rhino sheath fits perfectly behind a web belt.

Very nice smooth opening. Really like the the grip surface. Lock mechanism is nice & virtually closes itself. Would like the lock stud to be 1/16" proud of the handle surface to make unlock easier. Frequently miss the stud trying to unlock.

The best dagger to carry around. Light weight and With so many options with its clip I can carry it any were I like under my clothes to keep concealed. Love there products and that’s y I’ll keep coming back to buy more products. Keep good work skallywag ☠️👍.

Reading reviews, I was pretty confident they would still be nice. But was really surprised when I got them. I got 4, one for myself and 3 as gifts. I only found one with a blemish, so I kept it for myself. It still wasn’t very noticeable. I would recommend them, especially at the price point.

As a former Marine I love a good knife,and as a retired Heat Treater I know good steel. My karimbit 440 C is perfect in design and material. My MDV in D2 is the best small knife design I’ve ever seen. Pure genius.

I love this Boarding Axe. It’s phenomenally well built and heavier than expected. My only issue with this is the sheath that comes with it. I’d love to see an upgrade made available. My collection of the Skallywag line of blades is almost complete now.
