Waited to review until I had 100 miles on the bike and a full initial charge. Love the I7 Pro 3.0!. It blows my actbest e-bike out of the water. Pedal assist kick right in as opposed to a delay on my other bike. I made a few changes to make it perfect for me. Changed out the seat for a bigger memory foam seat. New to ebikes so watched a lot of reviews to find something that wasn't gonna struggle up hills and had some good torque, and so far this bike has been great. Haven't tested in on our steepest hills but it gets me up into my parking garage at work, no problem. It doesn't even seem to struggle. Ordered the end of May and it arrived on June 5th one day ahead of schedule. My seat came 1st. Pretty speedy! Took it out of the box and everything seemed to be in order. Nothing dented or scuffed. The only thing I had to put on were the pedals everything was already put together. Battery was full and put air in the tires. Put my new seat on and adjusted for height. I have a Vitilan I7, which I ride a lot and really enjoy. Great bike! Anyway, I recently had a mishap which broke the kickstand. I realized that not having a kickstand is a much bigger issue with an ebike than with a regular bike. I was having trouble locating a replacement that would fit my bike, so I contacted Vitilan customer support. They found a replacement kickstand and sent it out a long with some touch up paint, which I needed from the same accident. Vitilan customer support is excellent...

I had some adjustments to make out of the box. The front fork had play in it and the handle bars did too. I figured out how to tighten them but there was no documentation on how to do that. On the first ride I realized I didn't have gears 6,7, or 8. I found that the bar that protects the derailleur was bent and preventing it from hitting the last 3 gears.
