This is truly a unique, sophisticated blend. This tea is meant to be enjoyed, not drank by the gallon like usual black teas. Make sure the first cup is drank black so adjustments can be made to taste afterwards. I like my tea strong, so I adjusted the steel time and reduced the water. Added a little bit of sugar (1/2 tsp) and a splash of milk to the tea. This is a great blend and I will look forward to enjoying this throughout the cooler (Texas winter) months!
