I love the sneaker. The shade of blue is the exact colour that I want. The sneaker although used a a few times is still very comfortable and fairly clean. The only issue is that after I wore it for 2 days just for walking, one of the wings simply broke off. Other than that though, very clean shoe. Levitate is also an amazing website. They respond to you in a timely manner and you won’t be disappointed. Thanks Levitate!

The shoes are great, as expected with Jordans.
Delivery was not great. Shoes arrived in a second hand Amazon Box. Whilst I am all for recycling where possible, the box was not properly taped shut or sealed where it had been previously opened and as a result the shoe box was damaged in transit. Again, in the eyes of some, its just a shoe box, but I use the boxes to store my Jordans as I only wear them on special occasions. Terrible experience. I placed an online order for Air Jordans low in US size 10.5. The order was confirmed and I went to pick it up from the Cannington store. When I was there the staff member told me US 10.5 was sold out and said it was a “website issue” and that they only had US 11.5 available.

Shoes are good but delivery is horrible. Chose the worst delivery carrier in existence and the box didn’t have any protection, just the shoebox in a cardboard box. To top everything off, the delivery guy decided to just throw the box on the ground. For shoes that cost me 1.3k i expect much better delivery services and protection.

Levitate have been absolutely useless throughout, ignoring calls, texts, customer service emails, website chat and FB messenger chat. I just want the shoes (a Xmas present for my daughter) or my money back so I can buy her something else. Will NEVER shop with Levitate again. Buyer beware!
