Loved the product! However, not sure why a photo is needed to avail a loyalty discount post-consumption when I bought the product in the first place. Either the photo-exercise should be mentioned upfront in the box itself, or shelved altogether.

I had placed an order for my dear family members so that I could deliver this so called sweets on Monday, As promised by their team, but it has been close 8 days , there is no sign of any info on the sweets nor any response from then, they do lift the calls neither they respond to various whats app messages and bluntly refuse to pay the refund, even after requesting. So pls, before placing orders, check for delivery. Pathetic experience. Sn

First time ordered & was overwhelmed by the beautiful packaging & the marvellous smell...not to mention the yummy baklavas...I never liked cashews much & hate to eat them as well but after having the sinful cashew tarts and all, baklavas have become my sinful pleasure after dark chocolate.
