There was an initial hiccup with the wrong delivery of a box of rancid pista rolls. A complaint raised evoked a rapid response and a replacement delivery of a box of assorted baklava. This met our expectations - crispy and just nicely sweetened with fresh nuts and other ingredients. Even with excellent packing, some items were damaged in transit. They lasted for a week without refrigeration, without quality decline

While the baklava were delicious and abundantly filled with nuts, the pieces were little broken and the flour was a little raw and uncooked. Overall, the baklava were quite good and much better than the ones available outside.

Yummy baklava's! Keep up the good work. Only suggestion is to keep the phyllo sheet thin in some of the baklava's as it becomes too sweet at times

Sweets are definitely worth thier price charged. However I must clarify that the picture shown of the product on their website is misleading. The product I ordered was assorted sweets and some of sweets were missing. Also their is no mention of expiry period.

Though packaging and look is of excellent quality but the taste can be further improved as it was too sweet or smelling of rose water .....the taste of original baklava is a little more subtle and mild as I have tasted the original ones in Turkey and Dubai

This was my second order placed for the Baklava Box. While i do like the product, the delivery experience and the lack of any response from the delivery partner as well as Baklava box regarding the delay in delivery was extremely poor!(Read NO RESPONSE). Felt that once the payment is received, noone bothers to ensure the timely delivery. Wont be ordering again!

I bought the assorted Baklava box. It tasted good. The sugar content was very high for me. It could be substituted with honey or other natural sweetener so that it won’t create a guilty feeling.
