I ordered two pictures, one of each of my dogs. One picture was correct. Received another picture of a dog. I do not know. I emailed them and they responded quickly and stated they would correct the order. Still waiting on the correction. But the one received, we love.

The product is great and made a great gift! I like the fact that you can personalize it and have a vast variety of pet options to choose from. My only slight complaint was the fact that I accidentally wrote "Jane ad Riley are just guests" and the obvious typo was not noticed. However, that is my fault in the first place. Would recommend this product and very close editing before submitting your order!

There was a mix up with cats so I initially got socks with someone else’s cat. Customer service was great and fixed the error. These socks are not cotton so just be aware. Cotton would have been much nicer but I did not notice.
