Great quality product and both of my sons really love them!

I received an empty package with no product. I still have not received any information about a replacement or refund - just get an email saying "it is getting looked into". Poor customer service.

Everything is in very good conditions, the quality feels amazing, and the shipping was fast too

I did order 2 cross chains, but got delivered only one. They promised me to send the second one as well, but I didn’t get any update on that and Christmas is almost there. I’m really disappointed and hope to get the second crosschain ASAP

Item fell apart. I would like another additional for this mishap and I am very upset. If you would be willing to throw some other silver bracelet and necklace pieces in for this issue I would additionally also appreciate that. My gray rope necklace broke as well.
