Great customer service! When I ordered the bracelet, I failed to add the second one to my basket in order to get the buy one get one free deal. When I received my order and there was just one bracelet, I contacted customer service. They immediately put a second bracelet in the mail at no cost to me. The bracelet is beautiful!

Love the quality but if you’re buying this for someone who is full of muscle, it’s a choker. My husband’s traps are huge and apparently maybe his neck. This barely fit on the last clasp and was way too tight to wear daily. Great quality though.

Shipping label was printed several days before shipping so I was a little worried but once it shipped it arrived quickly in a very nice pouch. I got the rope chain and the cross in gold and I absolutely love them! Never take them off. Get tons of compliments!
