The earthing mat arrived in Spain in just 5 days, very well packed. Its size is ideal: I use it both to meditate by sitting on top and in the office, where I place it underfoot while I work. We have now tried 4 brands of grounding sheets and by far these are the softest. Over the years, some have failed to work after a few washings and some after a year of use. This is the 2nd grounding sheet I buy from Grounding Co. because I loved the first one (which was the twin size sheet) so I upgraded to the queen size and the carrier lost my package which upset me, I contacted Grounding Co. customer service and they sent me a replacement free of charge even if the carrier was at fault! If you have a memory foam mattress or topper, the grounding mat will change the feel of the mattress. I don't love it, but going to try it under my mattress topper and see if that helps.

Very disappointed in the quality. Purchased a King size sheet approximately a year ago for $150 and it no longer works. I tested the sheet and it does not discharge to ground. I could have brought a sheet online for $70 but wanted to buy a better quality product but sadly I was disappointed.
