Was very happy to find a Canadian supplier of vanilla beans. These are very much the best I have used. These two batches of vanilla are going to be awesome in about six months or so. Or when I run out of the last of the vanilla from my last batch. Thank you.

The most recent shipment was excellent and both courtesy and kindness of the vendor in replacing part of a flawed bean tube with not one but two double tubes was exceptional. These are the best beans I have ever used with the vendor more than thoughtful and responsive.

The Apple Pie Spice makes my sweets smell like my granny's and I can taste the memories. Dice an apple, add some Apple Pie Spice to plain yogurt and a little maple syrup and you have a healthy dish that will make you smile inside.

Mixed it with olive oil and used it as a marinade/rub for our chicken wings. Cooked the wings in the air fryer with a little more seasoning sprinkled on top and voila, Amazing flavour! For a bit of a spicy bite we added some hot sauce to the plate and it was finger licking good! This has been added to our list of favourites!

I put the opened beans inside the vanilla and waited a couple of months. It is much stronger and really addd to the flavour.
