I had the dog as a gift to my sister and she loved it. The dog looked exactly like the real thing.

It took longer than expected at one point. I actually thought it was a scam. It took so long but a little over a month later and it arrived.

I love these! They’re cute little representations of my family, including our pups. I wish the female figures had an option to wear pants, but they’re still adorable.

The box is very cute, but we will not be using it because the figure is a keychain. It is hanging on the outside of a purse.

The perspective was off. This was a pic of a small dog with super short legs, but the item looked more like a lab with its body shape and longer legs. As long as you have a lab-sized dog, it will probably be perfect.

Overall, I am pretty happy with the outcome. I am a little disappointed with the jersey / sock colour (should be more orange) and the hair colour on one of the figures.

I ordered a small custom keychain which was rendered from an image that I provided. It looked exactly like the rendering and the person for whom this was purchased was very excited about the small sculpture!
I was initially very concerned with the authenticity of the company as I was not aware of how long it would take before the item was shipped. While I’m very pleased with the product itself, as well as customer service response time, I think the company and customers would benefit from more...

I had an iconic picture of my dad whom passed away 5 years ago and so sent that to be turned into a keychain or could also be a figurine type thing. When I received my order I was shocked by the details on it. I’ve been disappointed by other companies more than once but not this one. It was more than I could have hoped for. Thank you for the care taken to make it so accurate. It will proudly displayed.
