I paid for priority shipping a the item still took the regular basic 7-14 day time that it said it’ll take on the website to get shipped out. So all together about 3 weeks total. I had to reach out to them for me to finally get the shipping information. They said that they would send a mock up for you to approve and I didn’t received anything because there is definitely a few things I would’ve changed. When I emailed them and asked them for a mockup they sent me a heart eye emoji as the email re...

Absolutely loved the figurines of my two dogs and separate ones of my wife and I. I ordered four figurines from four different photos, in various sizes, and each was absolutely perfect. Could not have been happier with the result.

My figurine was perfect. I absolutely loved it. There was one thing they were unable to add, but they explained that it would have made it too fragile for transit so it was perfectly understandable. I would definitely order again. It looks exactly like my photo.

Took about three weeks to arrive. It was a little smaller than I thought but that was my fault for not checking the measurements but it is still a amazing replica of my dog Casper. Love it so much.

The case is great and I love the little card. The figurine didn’t quite look as pictured and doesn’t quite look like our dog either, but it’s cute and my hubby still likes it and the thought behind it.

Each one I had ordered turned out even better than expected. All of them were either an animal that has passed or a family member. The detail was amazing. The recipients of them were brought to tears bc of how accurate they were. Thank you for making something so special so that the memories of those lost are forever.

The figurine looks very much like my pet. However, the only thing I noticed was that it came a little stained with like a lavender tone under his ears. Other than that it is very close to the photo I originally sent to have it made.

I had them done for my daughter and unfortunately I don’t have access to them right now but she really appreciated them as they were for her pet that was recently put down and again She really thought they were sweet and brought a tear to her eye.
They are not exact in terms of detail obviously given the size, but the general idea was certainly well received, and will probably do more in the future

You did a great job of my grand-dog, just wish his curls had showed up better in the final presentation. He is going to look marvelous in his special case.

I approved the project before it was done and unfortunately did not download the picture. When the product arrived, my grand-dog's curls were nowhere to be seen. But The rest of it looks just like him so all's well. My son and daughter-in-law are going to love it when they receive it for Christmas

I bought two separate pieces ...one was 4 out 5 ....the other I gave it two stars...on second thought it should have been a 1 star...it didn't look anything like Copper...his colors were vibrant...the paint on that was just too dark... actually feel like I should get my money back on that one.

Well, honestly, they look incredible, but I thought they’d be a bit bigger given the price. Also, the clear box is useless—it's way too small—but The figures themselves are really good.

My order were gifts & they were AWESOME! Looked just like their pets. Only one problem, the one gift I opened to check it out too, the tail was broken off & came flying out if the box, but outside of that, all of the gifts were awesome & I am sure they will love them.
Thank you.
