I love magnesium and wouldn't be without it. I used to get terrible restless legs , no more since using magnesium and I sleep so much better as well.

Something about this flavour I find really easy to drink (and I'm sick and most things make me nauseous) this with an ice cube is perfect.

Asteraxathin is great for the Immune system, and despite being around people who have had Covid 19 i havnt had it yet, so hopefully wont get it at all.

Use Mg in smoothies but would really appreciate an unflavoured version, as I find the added flavours are not quite to my liking. However, as Mg is a useful supplement and this one dissolves easily, shipping is fast and efficient I will stick with this. Please consider a neutral flavour (unflavoured) version.

I find “Sleep” marvellous for getting off to sleep, and in the middle of the night, being able to go back to sleep. Nothing else has worked as well over the years. I’m very pleased with “Sleep”.
