Since years I buy Magnesium powder, Nitric Oxide, Astaxanthin and lately Hydrate (at well over 80 it is important to stay hydrated) My wife always chocked on the big Magnesium tablets or capsules, not anymore since she takes the powder form which tastes great and it keeps us regular, we have ways more energy and sleep very well at night. Didn't think I was going to like this as I'm not a huge orange flavour fan, but was pleasantly surprised. My husband loves it and we have both noticed a huge difference taking it during and after our workouts. Compared with other electrolyte powders on the market, Biosphere is the best we've found. Highly recommend.

I’ve gad major sleep difficulties since I started menopause over 15 years ago. I’ve tried everything on the market to help with sleep … couldn’t get to sleep, stay asleep… working full time in a pressured job with 3-4 hours broken sleep a night. By the end of the week I was totally exhausted. I’m now post menopausal and still struggling to sleep. This product really helps. I’m amazed! Thank you so much!!!!

I bought this for my Mum. She was experiencing terrible night cramps in her legs and pins and needles in her feet. The cramps went first after about 6 weeks and now the pins and needles are also improving greatly. I don’t need this for myself but will continue to purchase for my Mum because I know how much better her sleep is. I am thoroughly recommending this to anyone who suffers this kind of pain.

I have been taking 2 astaxanthin a day for a number of years now, I keep very good health, I feel about 65 but I am actually 85. I am sure that astax. contributes to my good health. Ron Blair

Brilliant product, skin is lovely and soft, bright eyes and hair and nails grow fast. I never have colds or flu, plenty of energy and I am in my 70's. Can't recommend it enough.

This is the best magnesium supplement I have ever tried. When I don’t use it I don’t sleep as well and my heart rate variable goes out of whack overnight. Highly recommend this product

I feel that Astaxanthin helps to control, to certain extent , inflammation in my body. It also provides a degree of protection from the sun and my skin is definitely more tanned since I have been using the product - nearly four years.

Good product as its labelling shows the different types of Magnesium content, which is hard to find in stores with array of suppliers with not much information on what you are buying

Really enjoying the pre biotic. Took about four weeks to start working but now my gut health and stomach is feeling a lot better. No diarrhoea anymore. Pleasant to drink also.

Pleasant bedtime drink. Much better than taking tablets. I'm almost 80 years old and don't take any other supplements. The best thing about it is it keeps your bowls working regularly every morning

I recommend the Nitric Oxide and Magnesium products. They are a big help in regulating blood pressure and reducing cramps after exercise! They taste good and are easy to drink! Alan J

My sleep is deeper and if I need a bathroom break during the night I find I go back to sleep quickly. I'm not getting leg cramps anymore either. Love the flavour.

It’s good for me to know it assists his hydration levels working in the heat and not drinking enough water.

I've been using Biosphere Magnesium for over 6 months now. As an active senior it helps alleviate muscle cramps and helps me get a good night's sleep. I definitely recommend this.

I mix 1 scoop with 750 mls of water into a sipper bottle every evening and slurp it every time I wake up. It used to take 20 mins and I would fall back to sleep; now I think with the added placebo effect (feeling sure it will work) it now takes a few mins to fall back to sleep. Mg also reduces leg muscle cramps and aids toileting (massively reduces constipation). It is pleasantly tasting; it adds an important nutrient and increases my fluid intake.

I do a lot of sport but I am also on my feet all day in a sometimes hot environment. I use the magnesium along with the hydrate, to ease muscle cramps etc.

Love the sleep magnesium as it really works on supporting a quality night sleep. I know most nights I can get back to sleep if I wake with mind chatter! It really helps me to function better during my day.

Hi I love Astaxanthin. I really notice that this summer having taken 2 caps a day (12mg) has not only improved my skin tone but I have not gone red or burnt in the sun.
