Bought this for my husband to help with a deeper sleep. Although he enjoyed the taste and it was super easy to take, he's not really experienced the impact on his sleep he had hoped for.

The hydralite helped me recover from a virus, but the taste isn’t so great. My husband suffered from a stroke and needs hydralites after exercise, but he won’t drink your one as he doesn’t like the taste!

It's basically a tasty, refreshing drink. My blood pressure hasn't really moved, but I feel pretty well. Whether it's doing any good metabolically is moot? Probably.

Flavour not as good as older version or would give it 5 stars, love the effect so am ordering more.
