I find the products works for me as others used my stomach with hve ibs reflux and no colon only hve small bowel niw as had surgery so it’s hard to find something that furdnt upset me snd thus is a til outfit snd highly recommend to people with ibs reflux or lactose issues no uoset tjl anymore .

I've been using Biosphere products for a few years now. I started with the Magnesium, then added Sleep, quickly went onto Nitric Oxide, all of which I would not be without. This is the third or fourth time I've ordered and used Magnesium Lemon/Lime. Like any new suppliment you do wonder if the simple act of doing something makes you feel better or whether it is actually the product itself. I can confirm in this case the Biosphere Magnesium powder is fabulous. On the days where I forget to take it, I sure notice the painful difference.
