The shoes themselves are perfect, but unfortunately, the box came destroyed. I don’t know if it was the shipping company or the manufacturers but otherwise they are five out of five

The shoe design is very cool and well built. Unfortunately, they run a lot larger compare to other brands such as Nike. Order a size or two smaller.

These are literally the best multi color Balenciaga alternatives !!! And with the addition laces it gives so much more pop and contrast to really form a fit.

The bottom of the shoes look a little damaged. As well as the box. But i get it. Im grateful for the delivery of my shoes

The only thing I didn’t like was that the actual shoe box was messed up it was dented and looked like someone taped it back together with clear tape the shoes look great miner things I have to touch up but over all I’m happy with that shoe and even tho my box came messed up I like the box too the details in the art work is fire

It had a weird smell once it arrived and was cut oddly. I reached out to the support email a few weeks ago and never got a response. Good designs but was of $.

Size 8 was fine, but the other pair I ordered were size 10 and when opened the box the shoes were dirty on the bottom and the top of shoes, It looked as if someone had worn them a couple times which then left my husband not wanting the shoes at all. As a person who keeps his things nice it was frustrating for him, ordering an expensive brand new pair of shoes just for them to come dirty and worn prior to being delivered to us.

I ordered my shoes way back in February for Valentine’s Day got them one had two different sizes in them and the other one were too small. I sent my shoes back with the receipt from the post office and I still have not gotten my refund nor contacted to correct things, horrible customer service.
