Love the collagen I can definitely feel a difference in recovery time after a work out. Only had a bit of magnesium so far, still to feel the full effects of it yet but it's easy to drink. The protien powder is nice, I preferred the old banana flavour they did but this one is still good quality. Yet to try the energy gels but they look great!

Collagen seemed widley recommended and Protien Rebel a good source linked firmly into the ultrarunning scene so get the likely problems. I have tried a few different magnesium powders and tablets but none seemed to make a noticable difference in my sleep quality or restless legs. Power Up has been great so far, not sugary and artificial like the well known and heavily marketed by podcasts and 'influencers' powder I was using. I am sleeping better and not waking up as frequently with restlessness after long runs. Going to need to buy a bigger tin now like the collagen which I also love!
