The packaging was very cheap and nasty,with the product not much better .I have seen better quality in the discount stores at half the price don’t waste your money

The box the product came in was battered and simply acceptable to give a present in! The product is poor quality and does not resemble any of the reviews online! I am totally disappointed with this and I am now finding myself having to buy a new present for my mum. Honestly this is abysmal! Avoid at all costs!

Nothing like the advert /picture did not have the name on and it sparked and stopped working on first use,cheap china product ,no reply from them when email / contact

I haven’t even received a branded lily styler product.. what I received was a damaged box with a non brand just a number on the box and something written in Spanish I think… absolutely awful and cannot get a response from the complaint Will not be recommending lily styler to anyone

I didn’t receive the product listed. I spent £80 on a 5 in 1 styler that was not the LilyStyle advertised. It was made of fragile plastic - didn’t heat up. I’ve tried to find how I could return it without any luck.

I'd love to say i love it BUT.. ordered at the end of November and still have not received it...no tracking info.. nothing......no response from lilystyler...ANNOYED is an understatement especially as it was to be a birthday gift for my granddaughter...

I did not receive the hair styler that was on the picture which I thought I was purchasing. Very cheap plastic. Doesnt get hot. The wire is very short. It was a waste of money

It covers all aspects of a good hair dryer

I find the cord is too short so I have to use an extension lead. The attachments and release button don’t seem to click into place very well either and they come loose when I’m trying to dry my hair.

Cheap plastic looking in appearance, noisey when switched on, attachments rubbish, Tried to contact company to return, No reply Very disappointed in the product and customer service

It looks and feels cheap and tacky. Not in correct box. Not labelled correctly as shown. Doesnt work very well. Not worth the money. Very disapointed.

From plug to unit very short, you need anything extension cable to use it, not sure i like it to be honest.

It was broken and I have emailed asking for a refund, as advertised with a 60 day money back guarantee.

Unfortunately delayed delivery so didn't arrive until after Christmas and my daughter didn't get it in time. Also one of the attachments doesn't work
