Their returns is not as easy and fast I received the Doppler about a week ago and I emailed them before it got here since it came late I let them know I didn’t need it anymore and if I was able to return as soon as I received it and I have not heard anything back I’ve emailed them maybe about 5 or 6 times so maybe this review will get my question answered!

Can't find the heartbeat. It beeps signifying it's found one every few mins so annoying. When it's on and just sitting there on the table it says there's a heartbeat.

I have used dopplers in the past and am very familiar with how to use them correctly. This doppler doesn't work. I used it on myself several times and I received several random heartbeat alerts of varying numbers. I then tried the doppler on my husband's abdomen and received the same exact stats (heartbeat alert of 122 bpm) which was clearly not our own heartbeats - just some arbitrary number. I'd like a refund, though I realize that is unlikely.

16weeks, can’t hear a heartbeat itself but monitor does show the heart rate . Stomach feels hot immediately when using, where I’m using it. I actually worry this could harm the baby. The Doppler in the hospital doesn’t cause discomfort or pain, this does.

Didn’t work for me, i tried a total of 3 times and had an appt in between and at my doctor’s office i was able to hear the heartbeat. The monitor is not very effective and sensitive enough to pick up baby’s heartbeat although I am 5 months pregnant. In addition it makes a very loud and unnecessary beeping sound which makes it even harder to hear the heartbeat over this loud beeping sound.
