Does not work. Can barely hear my own heartbeat. I've seen many similar reviews and that if you try to get in touch with customer service, no one responds.

While it is pretty, the device doesn’t pick up baby’s heartbeat well. Very muddled and unclear if I am actually hearing baby’s heartbeat

This product did not work for me. The beeping was really annoying and the readings were never accurate and all over the place.

I am requesting a refund due to the Doppler being inaccurate. It says my babies heartbeat is 87bpm then 92 but it’s well over 150bpm

Can’t hear my baby’s heart beat and I am 16 weeks! I thought my baby didn’t have a heartbeat until I went to the doctor and they found it.

I have used other at home Dopplers that have worked way better. This one actually gives more more anxiety than relieving it.

Do NOT buy this! It arrived damaged and the company will not respond to emails! Google them, they are scammers preying on mothers! Do NOY buy!

I’ve tried contacting about the faulty BPM but haven’t received any response. The sound is also not very loud and is hard to hear the baby’s heart beat.

Couldn’t get a sound. Actually made me more worried. The ad said useable at 8 weeks but the directions specifically say not usable until 16 weeks. Quite disappointed.

We got the doppler but the gel did not come with it even though it was ordered. Reached out and haven't gotten a response. Very disappointed...

The heart rate readings are unreliable due to excessive fluctuations. While the device does capture audible heartbeats, the accuracy of the rate measurement is questionable

Have yet to find a heart beat with this thing. Currently 13wks. Hoping for better luck as the baby grows.

It’s great! Heart rate number is inaccurate but otherwise we love using the Doppler.

It works kinda- you can hear fine, but the monitor will read a heart rate when it isn’t even touch anyone haha. Maybe we just got a dud 💁🏻‍♂️

I never got it. It was sent to the wrong address, I tried to change it and emailed multiple times.

This company is awful!! No customer service whatsoever. No one answers your emails or reviews. I would NEVER buy from this company again.

I paid for fast shipping. 3-5 days. Came over a week later. Tried to contact customer support numerous times and never got a response.

We could only hear static most of the time. It would read babies’ heart rate but wouldn’t let us hear the sound.

Doesn’t work as well as the doctors and has a static sound constantly, also dies pretty fast and goes through batteries fast

I regret this purchase, I find it very challenging to use and have yet to be successful locating a heartbeat on my own which is just stress inducing.

Works but not super well, reads the wrong number on the heart rate. Really don’t like that loud beep when you’re trying to find the heart rate

It doesn’t work. All you hear is static. Itll say “147” heartbeat but you can’t hear it at all. I tried emailing and i never heard back

Did not come with the free advertisement of gel luckily I bought an extra one to come with it. Couldn’t find the baby’s heart beat.

This didn't have near the functionality that was advertised, and I requested a refund and never heard back from the company.
