Come on! You know you didn’t send the product but substituted it for Roxelis Marshmallo Blend Perfume. This order was placed on March 12 and I just received this replacement a couple of weeks ago with no explanation. I’m asking for a full refund immediately to my account. Stop sending me these surveys and issue me my refund immediately. This is unacceptable.
