This is a great product! I have noticed a few changes in the past 2 weeks or so. First, all of my lifts of jumped up a few pounds after months of plateaus. Second, my recovery has been great. I have had little to no muscles soreness the days following my lifts. There is also no issue with the creatine dissolving in water. Compared to other products I have used, this ranks at the top.

I think this is a great product. It mixes very well, and you don't taste it. I have had a lot of experiences with some brands where you can taste it, or it affects what you are mixing it with. This is an amazing product that I highly recommend. Great taste, The flavor isn’t salty or overpowering, yet it has all the sodium and electrolytes for optimal performance/recovery. I only take one serving a day when I workout and I feel twice as hydrated without having to chug water. On top of that, it’s only about $0.83 per serving.
