The coffee has a very "interesting" flavor. I have enjoyed drinking both Kona and Jamaican
blue coffee
for many years, but this is first blend I have ever tasted. I was hoping this would be a medium roast, but it appears to be a slightly dark roast, which, for me, makes the flavor a little bitter. If you ever produce this blend in a truly medium roast - please let me know.
