Had small marks on the shirt when it arrived from a printing issue. Found that out once I emailed in asking if I could get a discounted replacement as the markings aren’t terrible but they offered to make it right and just send one out for free. Mind you, I emailed them at 8pm on a Saturday and received a reply within 15 minutes with it being resolved. Shocked by the fit and quality for the price. My best fitting shirts are Rhoback and these are similar. Only difference between the 2 is the weight of the material. Byrdgang is ever so slightly heavier, but I’ll definitely be a returning customer. Love the structured collar, stitching is supreme.
