I was expecting to be able to have a different loose curl. I would return but did not want to go through the hassel. My hair is short and it didn't look right. Your video were correct and just thought I could do something else. I think Im going to order your new small curling iron.

it is very good and makes my hair look like a silk press. I’m very pleased with this product.

I contacted for a return because my product came in a damaged box and my wavy talk came scuffed but no one ever responded. Very disappointed in your customer service

Customer service has been extremely slow. We’ve been trying to exchange a hair dryer with a broken on/off switch since June 24th, and despite multiple attempts to reach out, we’re still waiting for a response. Very disappointed in the lack of follow-up.

I like the tech itself, but my hair keeps getting stuck between the brush teeth and it breaks off. I fear this tool has introduced more breakage because of it's finishing (how the parts are put together), not because the inefficiency of steam-press tech...

The blowout is not as smooth as it was made out to be; it takes quite a few passes (even at the highest temp setting) to get the hair looking silky. Not a bad tool, but I expected way more based on the videos I've seen.

Lightweight. Dries fast even on lower setting. Excellent blowdryer
