I use Big Horn olive oil and vinegar every day on my salad. Been years since I bought salad dressing. I never bother to premix, I just drizzle a little of whatever I’m in the mood for on the salad, toss and serve. Dill oil and lemon vinegar is a favorite. The only negative is it’s a bit pricey.

I am amending my review to give 5 stars that the products deserve. The oil and vinegars we bought were excellent, deserving of 5 stars. However, at checkout, the owner offended my friend, who was the one who brought us in because she thought so highly of the products. We left a with a bad taste in our mouths that had nothing to do with the excellent taste of the products. To make it worse, it was my friend's birthday.
