I have to admit this tool is quite dynamic to use. When it sits on your cup fresh out of the freezer, it looks like something has come from the ice age to impart awesomeness on your espresso. When the shot is finished, there's this ball of metal that starts to glisten as the espresso drips off. The glisten then fades as water condenses when the surface of the ball returns to a colder temperature.

This is a big box to have on your espresso bar, but if you have the room, get it. It is an all-in-one tool that includes a knock box, storage for tamps, and a station to hold your portafilter. So while the footprint is large, it is a convenient piece to keep around. no more running to the kitchen to knock out my old puck. Just dump them in here then empty it after making all your drinks for the day. We go through about 4-5 espresso drinks a day in my house, so this is a real-time saver.

These pitchers made out of very nice thick glass with very accurate measurement markings. It works great for espresso designs on a cappuccino style drinks. Extremely slick, espresso doesn't stick to it's walls, and very easy to clean. All in all I am very happy with this twin pitchers and I highly recommend it.

This high extraction basket allowed me to make thick, creamy espresso that I haven’t been able to make with the stock basket that came with my portafilter. You will need to grind finer and do some trial and error to dial your beans in correctly, but just stick with it. The taste is worth it! Watching the result through a bottomless portafilter is also very satisfying.
