Ship so chicken stays cold the one cold so I’m gonna feed it to my dogs and I’m at $150 so during the summer I won’t be ordering anymore unless you put more cold packages in it if I ever order from you again

I like the taste. You guys made great initiation to target the underdeveloped niche with high potential, which is already saturated in places like South Korea.
However, the problem that makes me hesitate about re-ordering is that the container is not suitable for holding for more than 35 seconds; the center of the chicken is still cold, and the juice leaks through the bottom of the pack.
Try working on a package that thoroughly insulates against heat while remaining encapsulated.

It’s summer my last order I got was it cold it was cool and it’s not good for chicken to get too hot. I’m worried about getting poisoned what’s wrong with putting an extra dry ice or wet cold pack in there to keep it colder cause now I don’t know if I should order any during the summer now and just wait till winter when it’s cold or fall don’t have to worry about checking and getting too hot. How much more does it cost to put extra cold packs in during the hot months after the package is delayed...

Just disappointed to get the variety pack and only had original and pepper. Flavors were good but the habanero seems like it would have been a win.
This also made me unpack my sous vide and vacuum pack. I may or may not be making my own home version and I thank you.

I really appreciate the way product was packaged to keep icy specially in a warm weather environment like Miami.
Regarding the taste, i would prefer the chicken a little more seasoned and cooked. I am putting them in a air fryer for some minutes before consuming.
Anyway, this was an amazing idea for helping with my protein daily intake

The first batch was good, so I reordered. The second batch taste like jelly -- completely no stringy chicken texture. There was no down time between the product's delivery time and me putting it in the fridge.

I see you changed the coolant in the box...I'd suggest you keep the DRY ICE for those orders headed to the East Coast! Half the blocks were thawed, including partial thawing of chicken by the time I got it delivered! Never had an issue, frozen SOLID upon delivery with DRY ICE.
There's no way I'll be ordering from March thru November unless you return to DRY ICE!!

I really wanted to like it but the habanero and the teriyaki has little to no flavor. The original pepper one was the most decent but I had to eat it with some hot sauce just to finish it. I understand the convenience of it and that I would give it 5 stars but the lack of flavor I had to give it 3 stars.

Not sure how I subscribed to it, but getting twice the order i didnt want. Simply wanted the family to try it out. I do like what you are doing, but we found it a little difficult to eat, but we will break it down in chunks and heat it up. But that kind of defeats the purpose of its convenance. There was something about it that didnt taste quite right the way we got it.
