This owner claims to respond to every email and inquiry yet I haven’t heard a peep in response to my 4 emails in the past 3 days. They don’t let you know in advance when your order will ship giving you no opportunity to respond if you are not home. I tried contacting the company within minutes of receiving my shipment notification but there was no response.
