This was so worth the money! Got all my bigger cutting boards inside which still plenty of room to spare. Loaded the front with more rulers and cutting tools. When I was all done turned it around and the back side is also a big pouch with plenty of room. It will not disappoint!

Probably not what most people on this site are expecting to see, the Madeira Glamour thread I purchased is part of the recipe for a fly pattern I've been tying in preparation of the upcoming fishing season, Forrest Dorsey's Manhattan Midge. The spool I bought should last me quite a while, since you only need about a half inch for each fly. The photo doesn't pick up the sparkle of the thread used for the wings as much as seeing it live.

Wow! How I lived without a little wool mat, I’ll never know. Using it with the new small iron I purchased also? Is a dream! The mat is so much better than the ironing board and the iron is a lot easier to use when pressing open the seams! I inherited a cutting table and after 16years the lines and numbers on the mat were unreadable. I couldn’t turn it over or even spin it because the notation on the other edge was metric. Bought this for my wife for Mother’s Day and she loves it. Only thing she said was that she wished it had a handle on the end to carry when we move for 6 months; her other one has a cutout handle. Poor love only has 2 machines…LOL! Otherwise, she’s delighted with the large size, craftsmanship and durability. It’s not flimsy at all.

The DWR cutrite template set is 100% better than the cardboard set that I was trying to use. However, it does have a learning curve. Getting the arcs, “footballs,” and corner pieces to fit together properly takes plenty of practice. By the third full ring (24 arcs) I was feeling more confident that my blocks would fit together. The photos show my 1st practice block on top of my vintage dwr quilt. The second photo shows the set of eight pieced blocks.
